- Make several slashes along the surface
of the Sadia Half Chickens and place in a
large non-metallic baking dish. Combine
the garlic and ginger and massage well into
the skin of the chickens. Pour over the
Butter Chicken simmer sauce, cover and
refrigerate for 3 hours. Remove 20 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the chicken
for 50-55 minutes, until cooked through.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
with steamed rice, if desired, and the
yoghurt on the side.
Based on your family preferences, the chicken can be
further divided into pieces after cooking.
